Spring is here! And that means our seasonal Spring Menu is live at RARE. As an Italian steakhouse, we expanded our wood grilled meat offerings, including an 8 oz. Beef Tenderloin and a 10 oz. Dry-aged New York Strip. The wood-grilled meats are served with a chived potato purée and sautéed spinach.

Pasta is a staple food of traditional Italian cuisine, and here at RARE we personally strive to offer the most delicious pasta by making it fresh from scratch daily – you can truly taste the difference! Added to the Spring Menu is a Tagliatelle Marinara – long, flat ribbon-like noodles that are similar in shape to fettuccine, topped with a delightful marinara sauce. A simple yet utterly satisfying dish.

Mother’s Day is quickly approaching! Want to treat mom to a delicious meal at RARE?
