December is finally here and we had such a great 2016 with you all!
Our 2-year anniversary is THIS WEEKEND and we will be featuring the Best of RARE as our specials this weekend. We polled our fans on Facebook to see what you wanted – and we picked a few items that fit with our seasonal efforts.
We will be bringing back Arancini – stuffed risotto balls – as well as our delicious Braised Beef entrée. You can check out the full menu here.
Taste the Best of RARE
With the holidays right around the corner, we hope you’ll dine with us for your Christmas Eve dinner. We will be open for limited hours on Christmas Eve, 12/24, from 4pm-8pm and offering our extended Autumn Menu. We will, however, be closed on Christmas Day, 12/25. You can expect to see the Winter Seasonal Menu released after the first of the year.
Speaking of the New Year, we are offering a special New Year’s Eve menu! Similar to last year, we will offer a unique selection that’s not normally available on our menu. Stay tuned to our Facebook page and website for the New Year’s Eve special menu release! Last year’s menu included Lobster Bruschetta and 1/2 Rack of Colorado Lamb – and we are hoping to bring some of these favorite items back for you to ring in the new year in style! We’ll be handing out free Prosecco to toast at midnight for all guests dining in the restaurant and we hope you can join us! Please note we will be closed on New Year’s Day, January 1, 2017.
Did you know January is National Meat Month?! And with our commitment to quality meat and our expertise in dry-aging to offer the best steaks in Northern Colorado, we will have all steaks on special the entire month of January.
