March brings a new menu we are very excited about, emphasizing our renewed commitment to RARE as an Italian steakhouse, where we look to expand our dry-aged steak options and our house-made pastas. If you haven’t tried the RARE Lasagna yet – made with all house-made ingredients: mozzarella, sausage, and pasta, and a delectable marinara sauce – you’re in for a special treat. We also expanded our salad offerings to include the RARE Caesar! All of these changes are coupled with beautiful seasonal offerings presented by Chef Alex. With the changing of seasons comes a really exciting expansion of RARE Italian’s menu – and the start of patio season!
