Summer is in full swing and we are loving the sunshine and warmer weather for our patio dwellers.  With the elevated temps comes the return of delicious Rosé wine that just screams “summertime patio.” We see an antipasti platter with a glass of Rosé in your near future. 😉

Have you ever tried a fresh, warm taste of homemade Mozzarella?  Here’s your chance!  Everyday, we make Mozzarella, Burrata and Lemon Ricotta in-house, and this Thursday, June 16th, we will be hosting a cheese making demo at 5:15pm.  You will have the opportunity to witness our daily process first-hand and get a taste of fresh-made cheese.  Sounds like a delicious way to kick-start your Thirsty Thursday.  Happy Hour drinks (and food) will be available till 6p, too!

For all those burger lovers out there, we have a healthier (but still super delicious) burger option available now through July in conjunction with the James Beard Foundation and The Blended Burger Project™.  The Blended Burger Project™ is an effort to offer a healthier option to the classic burger – a burger that’s blended beef with crimini mushrooms.  Healthier for YOU and more sustainable for the environment.  This delicious burger is only available through July – and don’t worry – it’s still just as tasty as a full-beef patty.  Want more info about James Beard Foundation and The Blended Burger Project™? Have you been looking for an exquisite dinner option on hump day without breaking the bank?  Starting on June 15th, we will be offering a $10 primi lasagna for… LASAGNA WEDNESDAYS!  Fresh, handmade pasta layered with house-made sausage, san marzano tomatoes, pecorino, mozzarella, ricotta, bescimella, and basil – Delizioso!  Grab a friend and enjoy a mid-week night out in Old Town.  Feeling extra hungry? The full size portion will also be available for $16 (normally $24).
